Problems with small web clips

Hi, I like to upload small videos to my every note. they are very small files usually from gfycat (if for some reason I cannot get a large gif, I just save the webm file). The first time I put a few web m files on my evernote they loaded fine on my phone but now they won't load at all. I get a question mark when I try to download them. Whats going on?

Hi.  Not sure what files you were copying originally,  but according to this web link you need special non-standard software to play WebM files which Evernote doesn't have,  and -apparently- neither does the device on which you're trying to run them.  Can you play these files outside of Evernote?  Will they download to your hone direct?
