GrahamW 2
For a few months now, when I try to use the camera within Evernote the image is very dark, edge recognition doesn't work and I cant find documents for recognition. The out of evernotecamera is fine. Advice please? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,652 Posted April 8, 2017 Level 5* Share Posted April 8, 2017 I just switched back to a pre-historic Galaxy S2 and found that the camera gave me a whited-out picture. What Galaxy are you using? My previous (and currently under repair Note 4) was fine. For the moment I've gone with taking pictures normally and then opening a note to attach the images from Gallery. It's also possible to go into Settings > Camera > Activate Multi-Shot and select / deselect that - which forces Evernote to use the device camera rather than the in-app software. If you need the multi-shot capability you may find there's a difference between using the Evernote camera in manual or automatic mode - that's the little square icon at the top of your camera screen.
