(Archived) Confirmation of bugs

Please be reassured that we receive all you feedbacks posted via "Report a problem" form, via this forum, and all crash reports you are sending to us, and examine them thoroughly.

We can't physically answer to all such requests, but take them into consideration, file our internal cases / feature requests to our bug-reporting system. Generally we get back to customers only if we need additional information from them (notes/images that cause crashes, additional information on how to reproduce problems, etc.). Sometimes we post information on important bugs/features here on the forum in corresponding topics.

For the list of features we implement and bugs that we fix please look through release notes that are published on the web site and appear in the application itself once an update is available.
