Text repeating itself over and over.

I keep passwords in a file I use mainly on my iPhone. I noticed at the end of my file  was a box or a banner saying "conflicting modification on Date..."

At first is was one dupe and was only a problem when searching because I put passwords at the end of the file and the search picked up the first, not the most recent.

I started putting passwords at the top instead and forgot about it. I looked ate the note online where I could see it better and there are tons of these duplications. 

NOTE: the TEXT in my note is duplicating inside the same file, not making duplicate NOTES.

Hi. 

First - keeping passwords in plain text is terrible security;  I'd recommend you use a password manager for that - http://uk.pcmag.com/password-managers-products/4296/guide/the-best-password-managers-of-2017

Second the 'conflicting changes' additional means Evernote isn't sure whether or not the information being sent to it on syncing is the correct data.  You may be leaving that note open while you log into a secure site and whatever you're doing while copying the user information from the note makes the app think this may be a new change.  It's not something the app is designed for.

I never keep it open. I use my phone. If i ever open the online site the phone is closed. I got a password app
