Can't figure out where to get help for this

Hi.  Weird error - not usual.  We're a (mainly) user-supported forum,  not a direct line for feedback to the company, although developers will read these pages for feedback at some time.  It will help fix issues like this if you contact Support if you're a paying customer or tweet them if not..  https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action or https://twitter.com/evernotehelps

You can also use Chat from the support link if you're a Premium or Business user - in this instance I'd recommend that or Twitter so you can correct the email issue quickly...

Edit:  I did see there's an 'unsubscribe' button on the email...

Spam has largely been mitigated in these forums, compared to earlier times. There were a couple of flurries in years past when volunteers from the forums could remove these (so you got quicker response), but this is way less of a problem now. Annoying, yes, but not fatal. Feel free to choose not to email him.

I think this thread has now been despammed.  I reported the fake response post bout 20 minutes after it appeared,  but time zones...  And that one person made half a dozen fake responses to other posts (including a couple of doubles) that I also reported.  I imagine that account is now closed...  Hope the OP's issue is fixed too!
