lindseyolson 0 Posted March 21, 2017 Share Posted March 21, 2017 I downloaded Evernote at work first (non-mac) computer, does this affect me not being able to log in to Evernote on my new MacBook? I have already done a ton of researching. I tried uninstalling the application, I even went through all of my files in /users/my user name/library/containers... and /users/my user name/application support.. and many others. I deleted every file with Evernote on it, I emptied my trash and restarted my computer. I downloaded the Evernote app (from the Evernote website - not the Apple Store app) and it still says this. It will not let me log in. I can log in online and everything has synced and looks great - so I do not have any syncing issues - solely login issues. Lastly, I have the basic account, but it has nothing to do with my devices either. I have only logged on from these 2 computers. I double checked in account info that lists the devices. Can anyone offer me any further advice? Link to comment
