For one of them: it was working until a few months ago he got a new PC now the sharing won't work for him When I checked the Modify Sharing, his user showed as his name, whereas everyone else showed as their email address. On his PC, it was visible in the left hand side, but greyed out. So I unshared it, then re-shared it with him. He installed Evernote on his new PC for the first time today. Now, it still is not available. His own notebook is green and with a tick in a green circle. However my shared book is listed, but greyed out ,and with a padlock icon. He is also Premium. Evernote have advised that Work Chat (if that's what you're using) is not activated immediately for a new account - something to do with potential spamming risks. Give it a day or so for the admin to catch up, and if it's still not active, contact support directly, or message them on Twitter Link to comment
