first of all I really find Evernote great and I just upgraded to Premium.
I would suggest to add another functionality to the arrow tool, that lets you actually curve the arrow. It happens a lot that when I'm trying to point to something important the arrow hides some other stuff that could be visible if I had could make a curved arrow.
To make an example I mean something like the attached image.
I think a intuitive way to implement this functionality would be to have just multiple tap in order to make the arrow follow the path you're "drawing" with the points (for the image for example there would be needed only 3 points, begin middle and end).
I hope you get the idea and I really hope you could implement this, since it would be really useful a lot of times and add a great new functionality to Skitch to make it even more complete.
