Printing my notes

I love Evernote and use it as a personal diary/journal. 

Will I ever be able to turn this into a printed out version at all or is this impossible? 

I would like to be able to pick and choose what would make the cut but I wonder if anyone else has ever asked if/when we will be able to print out our Notebook.

Hi.  I think the primary idea with Evernote is to avoid the use of paper,  so while it's possible to print individual notes from the desktop versions,  the mobile and web versions are more restricted.  For something more specialised have a look at FastPencil.  This is book-publishing software that imports Evernote notes into a manuscript for publishing.  It seems like a possible option for getting multiple notes into a specific format.  It might be overkill considering its capabilities... but it's free to try out... and you might want to create a book.
