Reminders within notes

Using Evernote since two years and love it. Though as I use it a lot for my to do lists it would be very helpful to be able to add reminders / alerts to individual points within the note. So far, reminders can only be set for the whole note. Would make it more customisable.

Hi.  This has been requested before,  with no sign yet that Evernote plan on widening the operation of reminders.  Most experienced users seem to have other applications for frequent/ repeating reminders.

I agree so inconvenient to have to click on the right side of screen a little button, not intuitive a shortcut option from within the note would be the best.

Or a larger button on the toobar

Thanks so much, @ronmccord! I could view all of the help files on reminders and see the icon for creating reminders, but couldn't find it anywhere in my note interface. Thank you for mentioning the button on the right side of the toolbar.
