I only have 95 gmail invites left, but as a longtime evernote user who has made repeated requests for entry to the beta program and received no response, i am willing to part with one of my cherished gmail invitations in exchange for an evernote beta 3 invite.

Sure google will allow pretty much anyone to sign up these days without an invite, but a gmail user who was invited to the fold will forever possess a special prestige unavailable to the unwashed masses now allowed to wander in and make themselves at home.

Gmail invites aren't worth beans when you can sign up for yourself these days. I have no idea why google keeps them around.

Check it out for yourself. Right under the login box, there's another box that says 'Sign up for Gmail.'
