The recommended process is a clean install of the app and let the database be rebuilt from the servers. As a downside, this also means, - redo all the settings and customizations (as you noted) - manually export/import local notebooks - using your internet bandwidth and download quota Link to comment

File|Exit. Make sure Evernote isn't in the system tray. Make sure there are no "Evernote" exe's in Task Manager. Export HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Evernote from your old PC registry, then import in your new PC. Start Evernote. If you don't know what you are doing, then, yeah, redo all settings. Link to comment
SvenSND 30
Hi thank you very much for your answers !!! I was worried about the setting part. The sync part and using bandwidth is not a problem. But I just wanted to skip the color configuration part etc... I guess as I don't know how to edit the registry, I'll have to configure it by hand. Not a big deal Have a great evening Link to comment
