Mathtype doesn't work anymore with Evernote

As of today I can't correctly copy mathematic formulas from Mathtype into Evernote (desktop application and web application).

Does someone have a solution for this problem I am having?

Can you give us an example of a formula you're trying to paste
Does it paste into other editors or into a forum post?

I could copy formulas from Mathtype to Microsoft Word, Wordpad etc., but it wouldn't paste the formula onto Evernote. After rebooting, I could copy formulas from Mathtype onto Evernote.
