RachelZel 0 Posted February 10, 2017 Share Posted February 10, 2017 I recently downloaded Evernotes (on Saturday). I shared my notes with 2 people. They have since tried to send me chats but they are getting an error message and I am not receiving any messages. I also noticed that I am not being notified when a person I have shared my notes with has opened/looked at the notes. How can I get this fixed? Link to comment

There's a short waiting period to ensure that new accounts aren't being used for spamming purposes. Give it 24 hours and you should find things are up and running... Link to comment
