Genemonkey 3
I recently purchased a new iPhone 7 and downloaded the scannable app. I have used scannable since it was released and so far have had no problems. However, for new scans the colour is not coming through right. They all look very pale and washed out. Is there a setting I need to adjust? I found the light was on and turned it off but it doesn't seem to be making any difference. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,475 Posted January 30, 2017 Level 5* Share Posted January 30, 2017 Hi. Best advice for taking pictures is good daylight and a contrasting background. There are no color controls that I'm aware of. Have you tried using the Evernote app camera instead of Sannable? If this really is a continuing issue all you can do is contact support directly if you can, or message them on Twitter Link to comment
Genemonkey 3
Thanks for your reply. Today the two scans I did were ok. Maybe daylight is the issue. Don't know about the Evernote app camera. How do I access that? Link to comment
