Less clicks

Annoyance: I clip "links" to my Evernote account a lot. When I go back to the web-based Evernote to open the link, it opens a new tab that is an outbound redirect page that asks:

"You are leaving Evernote.
Please press Continue to go to http://ThatPageIWantToGoTo.com"

I looked for a setting to avoid the extra clicks to get to the information/site I want without going to the redirect page. Haven't found a setting.

I'm using Google Chrome browsers on a Windows 10 computer. My Evernote account is a free account.

Read an article that the CEO of Evernote wants little or no interference in his Evernote app. This is exactly what he was telling us he wanted to avoid at all costs. Help!
