Table managing

i am a evernote premium member and i love the app. I look for long time how to use the app in order to manage table, such as my marketing leads, priorities, etc. not a todo list but something like a small excel table 

Any tip?

Table creation is a feature on some platforms
Not excel functionality, but I can create tables on my Mac
The featureset is limited, but I can update the html to add options
