tomsterq2 0
I signed up to use Evernote some time ago with what I will call email address "A" as my primary email. I am no longer using "A" for anything else, and want to change the email address for my account. I can find my way to the settings where I can change the email address... but when I put in Address "B", it says that "B"is already in use. If I log out and then try to login with Address B, I am asked to pick what type of account I want to create i.e. there is no existing account using Address B. How/where can I go to find where Address B is "in use" and kill it, so I can use it for my current account? Link to comment

Doublecheck Address B by using the 'lost password' process here If you find that there is another account, use this process to retrieve the address - How to swap the email addresses between two separate Evernote accounts If there is no other account you'll have to contact support directly if you can, or message them on Twitter Link to comment

The easiest process is to create a temporary email address (Gmail?) and use that to reassign the old account's email Your address will then be available for use Link to comment
