silverfox229 0
This has gone in for several weeks. Started a few weeks on my old computer. Got a new computer and a fresh download to re-install evernote clipper for Firefox. In both computers, got a stop save script after saving, but before getting the second screen from Evernote that indicate the clip was saved. this results in speed in ALL of my apps slowing to a crawl and I have exit all programs and reboot my machine. This has happened so many times that I am now reluctant to use Evernote. When I see something I really want to clip, and I decide to take a chance, it will do it all over again. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,524 Posted January 8, 2017 Level 5* Share Posted January 8, 2017 Hi. What's your OS and what clipper version do you have installed. If its the later one for Firefox Windows, does changing these options help? (This is the Chrome clipper page, but Firefox is pretty identical...) Link to comment

silverfox229 0
Evernote at Help > Check for Updates say this is the latest. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,524 Posted January 9, 2017 Level 5* Share Posted January 9, 2017 If that's the clipper version you're quoting, the details are under the 'Elephant' icon in your browser. Click to Clip, then choose Options to see the version at the top. Evernote > Help will give you the database version, not Clipper. Link to comment

silverfox229 0
Clipper is where I got the version number from. There is no place in Clipper to ask for an update. That is in Help in Evernote itself. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,524 Posted January 9, 2017 Level 5* Share Posted January 9, 2017 Hmmn. The Clipper gets updated via the browser - it should happen automatically unless you have that feature switched off... This is my Firefox option... Link to comment
