when is syncronising to cloud completely done?

Hi! I use Japanese Evernote.
AS YOU KNOW, after clipping on chrome, first, it says, like, clipping, and after that it says, syncronizing.
 
Soon after ending akipping, clipping is completely done?
 
when I asked to Evernote support, some said "not", but others said , like, sometime, after synronising, it is clipped.
 
which is correst?
 
p.s.
 
after clippping , when clicking somewhere outside of clipper, status of clipping is gone.
this is annoying.
plz correct, like,

Hi.  Have a look at Clipper Options (click the elephant icon and click Options at the bottom of the menu).  You should be able to select a clip confirmation dialogue if you wish.
