Make it possible to report bugs

The bug: lost content

Many time now when I have been working on larger documents I have lost content. This was ok because 2 copies of the document somehow appeared, one would

have the right content in. But this no longer happens and so valuable content gets lot.

I would like to be able to report this, but don't know how. I have just lost several hours worth of work and am not happy.

This happens on such a regular basis, it is a bug.

Two methods for contacting Evernote support are Contact Evernote Support Twitter @evernotehelps

I am not experiencing lost content, but would recover from my personal backups or Evernote's Note History backup feature
Not sure about the "2 copies" appearing; could this be sync conflict notices?

The  Contact Evernote Support  link takes me to a form.

At the end of the forms appears the notice below, with no option to submit a ticket.

Applying the Activity log link has a circular reference ending in the same place.

So, how can I submit a bug?

Please submit a ticket and provide as much information as possible so we can diagnose the problem. For example:

  • Steps to reproduce
  • Screen recording or screenshots
  • Device & operating system
  • Activity log

if they have zero interest in allowing users to submit bugs

Since when is this true? There are a number of ways that users can report bugs:
