Moving notes to another notebook and syncing; reduces upload amount?

Hi

I'm a Basic user, if I move some notes from a notebook to another one and then sync, this operation reduces my upload amount (60 mb) or doesn't affect?

I believe if you just move the notes there is no impact on you usage amount.  You have to edit or add notes to impact usage.

Using my Mac, I moved a 200mb note between notebooks 10 times
The sync was very fast, and no change to my upload stats

This shows me there will be no impact to the upload limit  ymmv

Note: This would not include moving from a Local notebook.  I'm sure that would impact your upload limit
