Can't sync Windows computer with other devices or web site

I am unable to sync Evernote on my Windows computer with my iPad and iPhone or with my notes on the Evernote web site. Evernote syncs just fine between my iPhone, IPad, and the web site, so it's just Evernote on my computer that won't sync. I've updated Evernote, emptied my trash, restarted my computer, and even reinstalled Evernote on my computer. Nothing is working. I've tried contacting Evernote, and I get an error message. Anyone have any suggestions before I cancel my Evernote Plus subscription and just keep Evernote on the devices where it seems to work? Thanks.

Hi.  Have you tried the various suggestions here - How to troubleshoot syncing issues ?  What version of Windows are you running - 7,8 or 10?

I ran through the entire list; I'm using Windows 7. I did uninstall and reinstall Evernote again last night and then shut down my computer for the evening. I tried Evernote again on my computer this morning, and it seems to be working fine. It synced with the version of notes on my mobile devices and the web site, so the notes on my computer are current. Fingers crossed. Thanks for responding!
