Cannot opt out of AI, encrypt or submit ticket

1) The option to opt out of the machine learning/AI feature is not visible on my "Personal Settings".

2) The option to encrypt my notes does not appear when I highlight text and then right click.

3) When I tried to submit a ticket, I went through selecting the categories but then was not given the opportunity to type in my issues.

Hi. 

You no longer need to opt out,  Evernote have reversed their process.  It's now 'opt in'.

I don't believe you can encrypt text in the web client - try a desktop.
