docbron 0 Posted December 13, 2016 Share Posted December 13, 2016 Just started using Penultimate - two blank documents synced but not the one I used to take notes with Apple Pencil. Looked at the troubleshooting guide but nothing I haven't already tried. Could it be an issue to do with file size? I only have a Basic account and so limited uploads.... I checked and the doc wasn't on the web server either.... Hope someone can help as am really liking Penultimate. Link to comment

You have quite low note size and monthly upload limits in Basic, though if you only have a few documents I wouldn't have thought either would be an issue here. How do you know that this one document is the issue? Have you checked via a browser in Evernote Web to see what notes have made it to the server? Link to comment
