Unarchive (zip, rar) in Evernote without downloading the zip file then reuploading the unzipped stuff.
i wouldn't have any issue with it counting against my data in EN. but it's such a waste of time and bandwidth to do. Especially since most of the zipped stuff I have in Evernote are "freebies" I've clipped while on my iPad killing time.
