Hello -

I just installed and started trying to use the Chrome extention.

1) The screen capture is not "full screen" as stated but visible screen. I'm not sure if this is a bug, or just bad UX (i.e., the text is wrong/misleading).

2) If it's correct but mislabeled, how can I do true full screen? Can I? For example, I want to capture a full web page and then be able to comment on it, etc. Possible?

3) The capture for this page captured a blank page. Is it me? Is it Evernote? Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Thanks in advance for your help.

If you want the entire page as opposed to the visible screen try using the EN Web Clipper with the article or full page option.  There is also a tool called Awesome Screenshot which will capture the whole page.
