jcampbell2000 1
The admin console allows you to share multiple business notebooks to multiple users, which is great. However, it sends an email out for each notebook shared. So when we have a new user that needs to be added to over one hundred books, that user gets over one hundred emails. Is there any way to suppress the email notifications, or consolidate them into one? Thank you, Jonathan Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,652 Posted November 30, 2016 Level 5* Share Posted November 30, 2016 Hi. As a business admin you'll get priority support if you contact support on this, or use the Chat feature on the support page... we're a mainly user supported forum, so don't always have answers to some of the more specific queries... jcampbell2000 1
Thanks, I tried that support form, but all it gave me was a link back to this community or an option to upgrade to premium for chat. Link to comment

Level 5* phils 220 Posted November 30, 2016 Level 5* Share Posted November 30, 2016 On that user's Account Settings > Personal Settings page, you could try unchecking "I would like Evernote to notify me about Work Chats I receive"; that might do the trick, not sure but it's worth a try.
