New evernote user so... i just cannot find where to download the WEBCLIPPER to use on my WINDOWS PHONE (windows 10, edge or any other browser ok...)

Hi.  It's standard on mobiles to Share web pages with Evernote rather than clip them.  Check your Share pop-up menu and see whether Evernote is there...
