I have a premium account, but it's sending me around loops between the support page and my own account because the support page keeps telling me to sign in and when i sign in i get sent to my account??? I believe at the end after you have filled out key info you have the option of chat or email response. They do that because they offer suggestions as you fill out info that might solve some issues without ever needing to open a ticket. Link to comment
