GKmack 0
Since the past few updates, Evernote automatically starts itself when I reboot or startup my mac. I have deselected the options in Evernote preferences to start Evernote or Evernote Helper when I log into my computer. This happens even when I have quit the Evernote app prior to shutting down or restarting, and have also deselected the Mac option to restart all open apps on restart. I have also deleted & reinstalled Evernote. When I start my Mac in the morning, there is always only ONE app running after startup is complete: Evernote. This is either a stupid bug, or Evernote is being pretty damned arrogant. I don't want ANY apps running unless I specifically select them. No app is so important that it MUST be running, regardless of what the user specifies. Please tell me how to stop Evernote from starting up unless I want it to - or if this is a bug, then please fix it. Gerry Kmack Link to comment
