regression 6
Recently I have noticed some gmail messages cannot be clipped. I get a pop up message saying: "The Clipper couldn't start on this page. Reload the page and try again" I haven't found a pattern on what emails work and what don't. Has anyone else experienced this? Level 5* gazumped 11,652 Posted November 5, 2016 Level 5* Share Posted November 5, 2016 Hi. What version of the Clipper do you have? A new one (6.10) was released recently which may help. If not, what happens when you reload the page? Can you clip successfully on a second try? What's your device and OS? Link to comment
regression 6
I have version 6.10 of the clipper installed. Reloading the tab where gmail is doesn't help. Edit: I just tried again to reload the message and it did work. I tried that previously and it didn't. If it happens again I will update this message. Link to comment
Jon/t 1,275
Same issue here..... sometimes works on a reload and sometimes not... Latest version of Clipper, Chrome and same on a Chromebook & Win 10. Link to comment
GeorgeM 1
I'm getting this same error, too. Also on Chrome (version 54.0.2840.71). Something worth noting: I'm running Ghostery and AdBlock, and both are enabled on Gmail. Link to comment
