laurex 0 Posted November 4, 2016 Share Posted November 4, 2016 I did an audio interview yesterday that I recorded in Evernote. I've done this many times before, but this time the audio files seem to have just disappeared. The interview audio was in one file, and I also recorded a test that was very short-- neither are there now. This isn't a repeatable interview, so it would be really sad to lose it. I saw a note in a support doc that if I have basic, large files won't sync. If the file got deleted because I have Basic, why didn't it notify me that I needed to upgrade to keep the file? I would have done so. Now I just want to quit using Evernote! Link to comment
