Unable to Open EVERNOTE on my PC

I am unable to open Evernote in my computer. This is the message I get:

 

(:\Bootstrapper.cpp.956) 0x653:This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installation Package.

 

I would like to try the free version of Evernote. I hope that you can help me.  Thank you.

Try uninstalling EN using something like Revo Uninstaller, then download and install the most recent version from the EN web site.
