jfroestl 0 Posted October 23, 2016 Share Posted October 23, 2016 Hey I'm using the latest Evernote-Version on a Sony Xperia Z3 Compact with Android 6.0.1. I combine most of my textnotes with a reminder. This has worked properly for years. But since a few weeks I recognize, that the reminder for some notes don't work on my Smartphone any longer. While those Reminder are displayed correctly on my laptop, my Smartphone seems to forget some note-reminder from time to time. Is there any known issue in this regard or a known strategy to fix this? Standard 'fix' for mobiles is to uninstall, restart and reinstall the app - if that doesn't work you could try tweeting @EvernoteHelps for more suggestions... Link to comment
