Want Penultimate like paper type options in Evernote

Hi there,

I am loving Evernote all over again with my new baby Ipad Pro + Apple Pencil. 

I wonder why the paying members of Evernote are prevented from having the Paper templates that Evernote company is willing to handout free to Penultimate.

Problem with Penultimate is that if I create a note in Penultimate, I have to go back to Penultimate to edit it.  Evernote should either create a link within the app, something like 'Edit in Penultimate' or just simply have those those Paper Templates available inside Evernote.
