Is there anyway to lock a notebook to prevent it's accidental deletion? I am often trying to delete a note out of a particular notebook, and accidentally have focused the notebook instead of the individual note. The warning message has saved me so far, but given the drastic consequences of deleting a notebook, it would be nice if there was a way I could lock the notebook from deletion so that I wouldn't have to worry about it.
