xrb 0
If I create a new note on my iPad, when this then syncs to the Evernote for Windows client, the updated date is set as 'none'. This behavior is different to IOS or macOS where the updated date is initially set to the same as the created date. This means that any saved searches that I have work differently on Windows to the other platforms. Is this by design or a bug? Link to comment

User forum here, so we don't know anything about any differences design philosophy (or glitches) may make on updated date. I'd suggest you contact support directly if you can, or message them on Twitter Link to comment

I can see Windows displaying "none", but it as an error if the sync to Windows actually updated data. I wonder about the reverse; if you create the note on Windows, what gets displayed on the iPad Link to comment
Level 5* phils 220 Posted October 15, 2016 Level 5* Share Posted October 15, 2016 This is by design and is a difference in the way the Evernote clients display the Updated date when Updated Date = Created Date. For some reason, the Windows team decided to display it as "None" and the Mac and iOS teams chose to display the date regardless (not sure about Android behavior offhand). As to why the difference exists, I couldn't tell you. Link to comment
