Deleted notebooks are not in the trash bin and as the warning said, all notes within are permanently deleted, so I don't think there is a way for you to undelete via the app. Link to comment
Evernote Staff* Austin G 527 Posted October 12, 2016 Evernote Staff* Share Posted October 12, 2016 When you delete a notebook, all of the notes in it are moved to the 'Trash' notebook and the empty notebook is removed from your account. When notes are restored from the trash they are placed into your default notebook. I recommend these steps: Create a new notebook, and title it to match the one you erased Right-click this newly created notebook, select properties, and check the "Make this my default notebook" option. Restore erased notes from the trash Right-click your desired default notebook, select properties, and check the "Make this my default notebook" option. 19 hours ago, EdH said: Deleted notebooks are not in the trash bin and as the warning said, all notes within are permanently deleted, This is true with local notebooks, but not synchronized notebooks. Yes, that is right. The only notebook I ever delete is my "Conflicting Notes" notebook that shows up once in a while, and it is offline only, which I forgot. Thanks for the clarification!
