API key activation issue

Sorry, I didn´t recognize the ticket-service. I opened a ticket.

 

 

Hi,

I have a problem with my api-key.

My account is registred for the basic service.

I created a webservice for Evernote in sap-hybris with a sandbox api-key.

Last week wednesday I sended a request to activate this key: https://dev.evernote.com/support/faq.php#activatekey

I didn´t recived a notification that the key was activated and the web-service is still not working.

I would be really thankfull for some help.
