The editing of notes needs to improve when interacting with a pointing device (mouse). When editing a note, I will click on a different location (line) in the same note, the cursor is moved to the location, and I start typing, only to find out that the text is being inserted at the last location. So the focus within the note is not changing when I single click on another line. The workaround is to click twice! This behavior is annoying, and should be changed. I "think" Evernote did not use to behave this way, so I thought it was a "bug" that would get noticed and corrected, but several updates later the behavior remains.
If you're going to update the cursor position, the focus within the note needs to change, otherwise the feedback you are giving to the user is misleading. Bad UI!
