Manually add information on scanned business cards

Sometimes scannable doesn't recognize information like emails. I find that if scannable doesn't recognize an information, there is no way to manually add it in. Is there a trick or a solution to this?

Hi.  What is Scannable doing with the emails that it doesn't recognise?  Or more specifically,  what would you wish to do with the missing information?  Is it being saved at all,  or only partially?
