Chrome Clipped content not going to default notebook

I've set Web clipper--options--Notebook selection--always start in NB1, but when I right click on a web page and clip bookmark/full page, etc, the new note always  goes to another notebook(NB2, for example). If I clip using the extension button on top right of chrome, then it took 1-2 seconds to show the default notebook name under 'organize'. If I click save before it shows, the new note still goes NB2. However it will goes to NB1   after the default notebook name shows.
