Hmmmm 0 Posted April 22, 2010 Share Posted April 22, 2010 Greetings,I was a 'free' user who was considering an upgrade to a premium account ... but first I wanted to change my username. Problem 1) -- Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be a way to change one's username. So I simply deactivated my account, so that I could create a new account. Problem 2) -- After deactivating my account, I attempted to sign up for service again using the same email address ... now the system says that the email address is already being used. So, I cannot sign up for a new account using MY email address. Can someone from Evernote, help to get this worked out. Link to comment
