I just upgraded to W10AE, and both while running EN 6.3 beta and now the 6.3 public release I can still see headings OK. I'd suggest you File > Exit Evernote, allow it to sync and restart your system. If that doesn't fix the issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. (Backup you database first, as a precaution).
