(Archived) Problem Scanning Directly to EN

In Windows Client version 3.0.0.525 (25900):

If I attempt to scan directly to EN - with EN running, nothing happens in EN.

If I close EN, and attempt the same scan, the image sucessfully shows up as a note.

Is there something special I need to do when EN is running, or is this a potential bug?

Note: I am using a Lexmark x8350, and configuring the scan-to application within the Lexmark 8300 Series Productivity Suite.
