Cut and paste using Snipit tool - Help

I have been using the snipit tool in Windows for many months when I review documents, snipping and pasting tables or small pieces of a document and pasting to Evernote.  Every once in a while, I have to copy to Word first as a picture, resize, then copy from Word to Evernote.

This has worked great

Out of the blue, I can't seem to do it any longer.  I am snipping with the Windows snipit tool. And whether I go to Word first or directly the Evernote, the picture no longer appears.  No error, nothing, just won't paste.

Hi.  Have you tried the Evernote screenshot tool? How to save screen captures directly into Evernote
