jfrfilm 0
Hello, I was pasting a facebook conversation into a note, but I think it was too much data. But now, when I click the note or right click it, Evernote crashes and needs to shut down. I went to the online evenote app, hoping I could delete that note, but on startup, that note is selected and the web page crashes, too. Does anyone know a solution? Or is there a developer who can delete that note for me? Thanks Link to comment
Level 5* EdH 1,670 Posted September 23, 2016 Level 5* Share Posted September 23, 2016 Can you delete it on your smartphone or tablet? In the web, can you select another note, then just hover over this note and hit the trash can? When I do that here, it never actually shows the note itself, it just deletes it. Your other solutoin may be to contact Evernote Support (link below) and they can try to walk you through some steps. Link to comment

dconnet 529
On Windows, if you hold down ctrl+shift while starting the app, the last selected note will not be selected. Hopefully that will allow you to r-click on the note in the list and delete it. Link to comment
jfrfilm 0
Actually, when I created more notes, those are selected now. But then when I right click the damaged note, Evernote freezes and then crashes. No way to select delete because even right click seems to select it. Link to comment
