I have to compare the guid and the filename of the resources to get the GUID i have add. But at least it works. If someone know a better way, please let me know.
Note that simply adding a Resource to Note.resources doesn't make it usable in Evernote. You also need to add the corresponding <en-media> tag to the Note's ENML content. Read more at http://dev.evernote....notes.php#image
