Best place to submit Evernote feature requests and bugs?

13 October 2012 - 08:41 PM

Howdy everyone,

What is the official place for (paying) users to submit feature requests and bugs? I am both a software developer and hardcore Evernote user, so I tend to find quite a lot of bugs and have many ideas for improvements.

Thanks,

Jay

Evernote client API with my live account?

05 January 2012 - 03:44 AM

I'm a Rails/iOS/JavaScript developer and (very) hardcore Evernote user. I have several ideas for productivity apps I want to build that use my own Evernote account and sync data back into a notebook. Almost all of the data for these apps will be persisted using Evernote. My plans are to build them for myself and if they're worth using, open them up to other people.

Maybe there's something I'm overlooking but I don't see an easy to way to get a consumer key and secret that works on the production servers. Everything I've found indicates I should be using a brand new account on the sandbox.

This is a non-starter for me. Evernote is already deeply integrated into my daily workflow. I need to iterate on these productivity apps using my existing account and not have to live in a perpetual development environment or manually synchronize data back and forth.

Does Evernote offer client and/or web API keys for use on the production servers? I only need access to my own Evernote account for now.

Thanks,

Jay
